We are seeking to recruit a full-time Client Relationship Team Member to join our experienced team.

Purpose: 

The main purpose of this role is to ensure that clients of Frenkel Topping Limited are receiving the best possible service that makes us stand out as the premier specialist Financial Planner for clients in receipt of life changing settlements. 

The Client Relationship Team Member will be the main point of contact for our clients and ensure that our service develops and grows to meet our client needs and does not stay stagnant, 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Work closely to provide dedicated support to the clients of specific Consultants. 
  • Make quarterly contact with clients by phone or email.  
  • Ensuring that any client queries received are actioned by the correct team, within a timely manner and updates provided to clients.
  • Booking annual reviews and being responsible for doing so in accordance with our regulatory requirements. 
  • Maintain a consistent level of attention to detail. 
  • Navigate iO in all areas deemed necessary for your role. 
  • Competent at making and receiving calls, and with composing emails. 
  • Ensure iO is kept up to date. 
  • Basic understanding of the various platforms our client investments are held.

Person specification: 

Knowledge and experience

  • Preferred experience in an office workplace.
  • A willingness to undertake appropriate training. 
  • Confident using phones and emails. 

Skills and abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work sensitively with vulnerable clients in particular clients who have sustained brain injuries, have cognitive difficulties, or have complex needs. 
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to effectively prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office and web-based applications. 
  • Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team. 

Personal qualities

  • Display self-motivation, drive and enthusiasm, 
  • Possess a flexible approach to work. 
  • Excellent telephone manner. 
  • A desire to support vulnerable clients. 
  • Hard working, enthusiastic and reliable.  

Education and training

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • English GCSE at C or above, or equivalent.
