Ongoing Support

Upon completion of your investment plan with Frenkel Topping, you will be contacted by your dedicated point of contact from our client relationship team.

Our support services include:

  • Half yearly valuations
  • Ongoing reviews of welfare benefit entitlement
  • Regular assessment of financial objectives
  • Review of funds and their performance
  • Review of attitude to risk and capacity for loss
  • Update to cash flow modelling

You will be contacted at stages throughout the year and this will continue on an annual basis.

Ongoing Support from Frenkel Topping

Year 1

3 MONTHS since investing

You will be contacted via email, by your dedicated point of contact, offering you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have at this early stage of yor investment.

6 MONTHS since investing

A further email will be made by your dedicated point of contact. You can also expect to recieve your third semi- annual valuation.

9 MONTHS since investing

You will receive another email, and at this stage, we will highlight that your first annual review is nearly upon us and that you will be contacted again nearer to the time, to make arrangements.

11 MONTHS since investing

You will be contacted to confirm a suitable date and time for your Consultant to visit you and conduct a review of your investment portfolio. You will also be issued with a confirmation of appointment and a guide of what to expect.

12 MONTHS since investing

Your fourth semi-annual valuation will be issued.

ANNUAL REVIEW MEETING

During this meeting, the Consultant will review the preformance and will discuss risk analysis, current and future income requirements as well as expenditure. Any changes in circumstances can be discussed at this time, and your needs and objectives discussed.

FINANCIAL PLANNING Recommendation Report Issued

Your Consultant will work with our team of paraplanners, and will develop a full report based on the previous 12 months, and any charges that are to be made to your portfolio. This report will be issued to you along with any supporting documents, for completion, countersigning and returning to our office for processing.



Year 2

3 MONTHS since annual review meeting

You will be contacted via email, by your dedicated point of contact, offering you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have at this early stage of yor investment.

6 MONTHS since annual review meeting

A further email will be made by your dedicated point of contact. You can also expect to recieve your first semi- annual valuation.

9 MONTHS since annual review meeting
