I have worked at Frenkel Topping since 2015, joining as a part-time administrator while studying at university. Upon completing my degree I initially worked full time in the same role, before joining the company graduate scheme shortly after. The idea of the scheme was to rotate through various departments in the business to gauge where you think you fit best. After spending three months in the expert witness department, however, I decided I wanted to stay as I really enjoyed the work and found it very rewarding. In January 2020 I was promoted to a specialist role within the department which meant I took on more responsibility and became one of the senior members of the team. I was then promoted to the supervisor role in October 2020.
In the Expert Witness department we provide litigation support for solicitors and barristers who are quantifying large personal injury and clinical negligence loss claims. The reports we produce help solicitors to quantify certain heads of damage, such as loss of earnings and loss of pension reports. We also advise on the best form of settlement for claimants with our PPO/form of award reports, which are vital in helping claimants understand the advantages of periodical payments and whether they would be suitable for them.
I am currently studying towards the CII Level 4 Diploma so that I can gain a broader knowledge of financial services as a whole.
Working in the expert witness department, and at Frenkel Topping as a whole, is very rewarding as you feel like you are making a difference in peoples’ lives. As many of our clients are very vulnerable and have had life-changing injuries, it’s a great feeling knowing you are helping them obtain the damages they deserve and need.
I joined the business in May 2005, working initially in the valuation department preparing valuations for clients, before moving to business development in 2008.
Since 2008, I have worked alongside the business development manager and the marketing department, assisting with all aspects of marketing and business development.
Also, I have been front of house since we moved into our current office 4 years ago. I am responsible for coordinating all company events.
I worked at Frenkel Topping for a time in 1998. I already had good friendships with colleagues within the company and I knew Frenkel Topping was a very good company to work for.
I have worked at Frenkel Topping since April 2018, where I started my career as a Marketing Assistant progressing to Marketing Executive.
My degree qualification is BA Hons Marketing. I am also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, where I have since completed my Level 6 (Degree level) in Professional Marketing, which includes: managing brands, digital strategy and digital innovation.
I find Frenkel Topping extremely supportive in everything I do and want to achieve; no opinion goes unheard, and people genuinely want you to do well.

I joined Frenkel Topping in July 2001 and have worked in a variety of positions during my time with the company. In early 2018 I was asked to be part of the new client relationship team. This was a unique service provided by Frenkel Topping, enabling us to work much more closely with clients, on a more personal level, to provide them with the best possible experience on our journey together.
Having worked at Frenkel Topping for almost 20 years, I have developed close relationships with many of our clients in my various roles. Some of them have now become good friends, with whom I speak on a regular basis outside of work. I genuinely believe that treating customers fairly is a big part of the Frenkel Topping philosophy, and that the company always has the customers’ best interests at heart.
FT is always prepared to go the extra mile for a more personal approach and to ensure a smooth journey from start to finish, and hopefully for many years in between. This is especially true within the client relationship team.
I very much enjoy my role, which involves me speaking to clients on a regular basis and allows me to draw upon my years of experience to provide a personal service and ensure clients’ expectations are not only met, but exceeded. I also have the opportunity to meet some of our clients in person, and enjoy getting to know them, sometimes over the course of many years.

I joined Frenkel Topping in March 2022 as a Client Support Executive.
At Frenkel Topping, I collaborate closely with Consultants to write comprehensive suitability reports for clients, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
With almost a decade of experience in the financial services industry, both in the UK and abroad, I have functioned successfully in various capacities. I possess strong problem-solving skills, project management experience, and analytical skills that I take pride in. Additionally, I am adaptable to ever-changing work environments.

I joined Frenkel Topping in March 2022 as a Financial Administrator, I provide administrative support to our Consultants who advise our clients with Financial advice on their investments. I liaise with fund managers and platforms, action withdrawal requirements, create business packaging and valuations, I also speak with clients to help resolve any issues or queries they may have.
I have a background within Customer Support and Customer Relations which allows me to understand, use my experience and knowledge to assist our clients. I left college knowing I wanted to make a difference and help people; Frenkel Topping allows me to develop my skills and supports me in my progression within the business which helps with our client base.
I love working in a team here at Frenkel Topping, each staff member will provide support if you ask for it. It’s a friendly environment which is important as we all spend a lot of time in each other’s company. The business has both its clients and staff at the forefront of everything it does.
It is important we continue supporting clients who have suffered major life changes, we need to do everything we can to continue to support them throughout their lifetime, from providing advice on investments or just being a friendly ear.
