With a wealth of experience in the industry, Richard’s role is in proactively developing working relationships with Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence solicitors’ practices; particularly protecting practices in the peripheral area around which they work offering assistance and solutions.

 

Richard offers training - law society accredited – free of charge, on a variety of topics (see our Training & Education page) and his speciality is to provide expert opinion on the implications of Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence awards regarding benefit entitlement.

 

Richard is married with two teenage daughters and lives in North Manchester.  He is heavily involved with his local church as a lay minister.
