Richard joined Frenkel Topping Structured Settlements in 1991 when the firm had only completed a small number of Structures. He worked for Lloyds Bank for five years, the Bradford & Bingley Building Society for four years and then Scottish Widows for three years as a Broker Consultant.

 

He has regularly spoken at conferences all over the UK, and was instrumental in helping to get Frenkel Topping appointed as an Investment Adviser to Patients of the Court of Protection in place of the Court-Appointed Brokers. Richard took over as Managing Director of Frenkel Topping in December 2001 and oversaw the company flotation on the AIM market in July 2004.
