Stan has been a financial adviser since 1981, the last nine of which as an Independent Financial Adviser. Since 2000, Stan has provided independent financial advice to recipients of personal injury awards, acting for both claimants and defendants.

 

Stan has particular expertise in assessing the viability of Structured Settlement/Periodical Payments, and has advised on settlements ranging from £10,000 to £4,000,000.

 

Stan has received approval to manage awards held by the Court of Protection, and also advises on the implementation of Special Needs Trusts. He regularly provides talks and seminars to legal organisations throughout the UK.
