Neil has been advising and managing client portfolios for over 20 years, and has broad range of experience within the profession. Neil is recognised nationally as an expert in the areas of Periodical Payments, Structured Settlements and Personal Injury Trusts.
Neil`s primary role at Frenkel Topping is to meet the needs of our clients through advising, constructing and managing of individual portfolios for and on behalf of, clients, their Trustees and Deputies.
Neil advises and assists claimants and their solicitors, with numerous settlements each year, with individual case values up to and in excess of £6 million. Neil joined Frenkel Topping from Close Wealth Management. In addition to being a Law Society Expert Witness, he is also an Affiliate of the Securities Institute and a regular speaker at seminars around the country.
Neil is married and lives in Cheshire and despite the demands of a family, church life, secondary school student and two cats, he manages to find the patience and time to follow his beloved Manchester City. |
