What is TCF?

 

All firms regulated by the FSA have to support the FSA Handbook’s principle that a firm ‘must pay due regard to the interests of its customers and treat them fairly’.

The TCF (‘treating customer fairly’) principle aims to raise standards in the way firms carry on their business by introducing changes that will benefit consumers and increase their confidence in the financial services industry.

Specifically TCF aims to:

help customers fully understand the features, benefits, risks and costs of the financial products they buy

minimise the sale of unsuitable products by encouraging best practice before, during and after a sale

Frenkel Toppings` aim is to asses, monitor and review our procedures to ensure that we treat our customers fairly when offering financial advice.

 

TCF Customer Surveys

 

Frenkel Topping undertakes regular Customer Surveys to ascertain if the customer is satisfied with the service.  As a `thank you` for completing the survey clients are entered into a Customer Survey Draw which offers a prize of £50 M&S Vouchers.  A list of winners can be found below:
