Richard joined Frenkel Topping Ltd (the trading subsidiary of Frenkel Topping Group Plc) in 1991 after gaining experience in financial services whilst working at Lloyds Bank, Bradford and Bingley Building Society and Scottish Widows. Richard has been fully involved in the development of both structured settlements and Frenkel Topping Ltd, becoming Managing Director in 2000. He played a key role in the appointment of Frenkel Topping Ltd as an alternative investment broker to the Court of Protection and Richard has also been a regular speaker at financial services conferences across the UK.
In addition to directing the strategic development of the Group with the other board members, Richard is in charge of the day-to-day operation of the Group.
Julie joined Frenkel Topping Group in November 2005 from The Caudwell Group and was appointed as Finance Director in April 2006. Julie qualified as an Accountant in 2000 and has experience of establishing and running commercial operations both in the UK and abroad and has experience in all elements required of a finance function for both private and listed organisations.
In addition to directing the strategic development of the Group with the other board members, Julie works alongside the Managing Director in ensuring targets are monitored and achieved. Julie is responsible for the administration, IT and operations functions of the Group. Julie also manages the external relationships with the Groups` advisors and ensures all legal, AIM and accounting reporting requirements are met.
Jason serves as Executive Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Frenkel Topping.
Jason has over 20 years’ experience in law, corporate finance and investment management. Most recently, Jason serves as the Chief Executive and Chief Executive Investment Officer at FCFM, managing capital and funds for a wide range of investors, including the UK Government. Prior to this, Jason served as Head of Research at Sterne Agee UKLLP (formerly known as Yorvik Partners LLP), was a Founding Partner at Agilo, a Director of Deutsche Bank’s special situations group and a member of its European Investment Committee and a key member of Mizuho International’s special situations group. Earlier in his career, he worked at Close Brothers Corporate Finance and practised as a restructuring lawyer at Cadwalader, the leading US law firm.
Mark has been with the Company for 6 years and has 20 years financial services experience. He has been a key player in the Company’s growth to date and is seen as a leading expert in the analysis of periodical payment orders in large value complex claims.
Mark is was previously the Partner and Head of Financial Services at Actis LLP which manage $7bn PE funds. He was also previously CFO and Strategy Director for Barclays Group as well as holding various roles in Banking, Financial Services Infrastructure and Wealth distribution. Mark has an MA in history and economics.
