Our not to be missed Deputy Day 2016 annual conference will be held in London on 12 May 2016.
We are currently finalising our programme which will focus on the increasing responsibilities and regulations regarding wellbeing in light of vulnerable clients, the role of professional deputies and trustees in attaining the financial, care and emotional wellbeing requirements for individuals and the impact of deprivation of liberties and intense scrutiny by families and friends of clients.
As ever, we will host our professional breakout groups, regarded as an ‘invaluable’ addition to our annual programme as they offer deputies the chance to share concerns and experience in a confidential and safe environment. However, we will be adding some exciting new formats to the day which we hope will take Deputy Day to a new level for delegates old and new.
We are delighted to announce that Senior Judge Lush will join us from the Court of Protection as our Keynote speaker.
The event will be held in central London at the Grand Connaught Rooms – a stones throw away from Holborn Underground station. Full programme listings and booking information will be posted online and sent to our professional clients shortly.
We’re delighted to announce that Private Client Adviser magazine is the confirmed Deputy Day media partner, for a second year running. Full coverage of the event will be published in print and online via privateclientadviser.co.uk
